I am Iona Creasy. I was born around Chicago IL area, but my parents were from TN I learned from the best baker that I knew. Mom started teaching me when I was about 4. She taught me to love baking. My cakes aren't fancy decorated but folks like to pass them off as theirs. I love to make banana bread, and various pies and cakes. My favorite to make is cream pies. And I really don't have a favorite cake because I am always trying different recipes.
