Hi! I’m Cassy, the owner and baker behind Rustic Rise, a sourdough microbakery in Chattanooga, Tennessee. I specialize in naturally leavened artisan sourdough breads, focaccia, cookies, and seasonal treats made in small batches with quality ingredients and lots of care. My goal is to create delicious, handcrafted food that brings people together while supporting our local community.
